DIRECTOR

PRODUCER

We are two creatives, who meet in London in 2016. Since then we are co-creating a third performance under the umbrella of Lingering Games.

The work which we have so far devised was performed in Siobhan Davies Studio in London and also was chosen as a UK representation at The World Stage Design Festival in Taiwan in 2017.
Currently, we are working on a new performance from the Lingering Games series, based on "Metamorphosis" by Franz Kafka. For the 100 years anniversary of Kafka's death in 2024, we are aiming to create a movement-based experimental mixed media performance, which could be also transformed into an immersive exhibition, to capture our journey through all the stages of the show.

She devises a work together with the artists from their heritage and experimental movement work grounded in imagination to express the vision and philosophy hidden behind the text of the play. As Ewa loves working with contrasts, her work always connects choreographed moments and life improvisation, poetry of movement and everyday life actions, expressive movement and focus on the detail like an breath, to create a sense of performed actions and help the artists to sustain them over the length of the play.
